Matt is a highly experienced board director, with 25 years of quality industry expertise that he brings to client engagements. He is highly skilled at working to understand challenges, create and activate solutions and unlock value. His knowledge spans the consumer goods and media sectors.
Matt has experience across commercial growth and launch strategy, feasibility, new market entry, category management and customer marketing. This has been gained both in-house at very large multinational FMCG companies including Unilever Plc. and Colgate Palmolive and aso at consulting and ‘big data’ firms including Kantar and AC Nielsen.
In addition to strategy work, Matt is a seasoned commercial due diligence practitioner, having previously been Managing Director, running transaction services within a boutique consulting firm. He has worked on numerous international due diligence assignments spanning many consumer goods categories across several international markets.
He has a truly global perspective, having experience in working in most major global markets. In addition to Bahrain and the wider GCC, Matt has worked in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa and counts international perspective, knowledge and the ability to help develop business and opportunities across borders as a particular strength.
